It’s tempting.  We know.  But the truth is…

“Don’t believe Zillow”

Zillow and other real estate websites are not always accurate, especially Zestimates.  After you choose a Realtor®, he or she will send you listings from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that are 100% accurate!

For a reliable list of homes for sale, as well as, a reliable value for your current home, go to someone with real intelligence, not artificial.

To recap, buyers should

  1. Talk to a lender first and get pre-approved.
  2. Work with a licensed Realtor® who understands their needs.
  3. Avoid getting wrapped up in false information from the web.

Follow these three tips from real estate expert, Haylee Hughes, and instead of moaning, “If I’d only known” you can confidently state, “So glad I knew exactly what to do”.
